As the result of an
undiagnosed heart condition.

Beautiful loved son of Garry and Jane.
Loved brother of Mitchell and Morgane.

A celebration of Tayler's life will be held in the
Chapel of the Norwood Park Crematorium,
Sandford Street, Mitchell on Friday
28 December 2012 commencing at 8.45am.

In lieu of flowers a donation may be made to
